Description of activities to make in the work

The work, as already it has been seen previously, is called 10 villas in Torrelodones and consists of the construction of 10 villas that consist of semibasement and three plants on grazing: ground floor, first plant and ground floor cover that will be with an attic. The cover will be of inclined type, to 45º respect outer walls. It will go tiled with slate plates of 30 xs 20 cm.
M2 is begun to construct in a lot of 5000, corresponding to each villa, of 350 m2, a parcel of 150 m2.
From the point of view of the Prevention of Riesgos Laborales (PRL), they are going away to evaluate all the Labor Risks that take place in each phase of the work, as well as in each task of the same one, in order to cover all the possibilities that can be given appointment with respect to the risks.
The procedure is going away to develop by specific sections. One is going away to begin describing to the phases of the work and the works that then are being made in the same one. The risks of security, hygiene and ergonomics will be detailed, along with pertinent the preventive measures or of protection. The risks relative to the hygiene in the work will be emphasized and they will be analyzed more at great length at the end of
block referring to the phases of the works. Thus the scheme of the work is not broken and it is avoided to repeat the methodology constantly, applications, at the same time that organize the study of the risks, that serves as a scheme and in the end those more specific operations of the Industrial Hygiene are expressed.
