The work consists of the following phases:
Excavation and earthwork.
Installation of cleaning network.
Laying of foundations and structure.
Closings and masonry.
Paved and tiled.
Inner and outer carpentry.
Glassware, painting and false ceilings.
Facilities of: Electricity. Sanitary plumbing and apparatuses. Heating.
Elevators.
During the accomplishment of the works, a series of auxiliary activities
will be executed, that are reviewed next:
Load and unloading. It will be affected the use of the elements
for mobilization of loads that there are in the work: crane tower,
to dumper, wheelbarrows of hand, etc. The manual manipulation of
loads will be reduced all the possible one.
Provisional work electrical system, by means of the installation
of a main picture of work and two secondary ones.
Works of weld.
Works of cleaning and ordering of the edges. In order to maintain
the work in good conditions of order and cleaning, one designates
to two workers with a course of 50 hours of PRL for the tasks of
replacement and maintenance of elements of collective security,
distribution of EPI´S, cleaning and order in the edges, etc. will
develop this work when it is required by the coordinator of security
and health, the work head, the one in charge of work or the technician
of prevention.
